With a 12, 480 square foot unobstructed ballroom opening onto pre-function area with floor to ceiling windows and art-lined hallways, your event will be configured for maximum impact.

Theme your event as a Maritime kitchen party with fiddlers and a lobster-cracking demonstration, served family style at communal tables. Or choose elegant gold accent linens and the finest chandeliers to set a tone of elegance. It’s up to you, and we will help to transform our ‘daytime convention space’ into a unique event that suits your style.

The support you need

Here are just a few of the support features the FCC offers to increase the ease, seamlessness and impact of your event:

• Green room or speaker ready room, with an audio link to the ballroom. Performers or keynote speakers may relax prior to their appearance and be only steps from the stage
• Registration/Coat check room with courtesy phone; coat check services available through the FCC, or give back to the community by using a local charity
• Reception/pre-function space in gorgeous foyer areas
• Beautiful hardwood dance floor up to 1000 square feet
• Variable height staging
• Sound boards throughout for superior acoustics
• In-house decor items including spandex table covers, chairs covers, cocktail tables
• Custom cocktails, menus created by award winning chefs, local dinner menus featuring fresh local flavours
• “Thank you” for sponsors on strategically placed plasma screens
